Skin is the biggest organ of our

Drink at least eight glasses of

Use sunblock. Wherever you may
go, always remember to use sunblock even if it is cloudy. The sun’s harmful
rays will always be there and it would not be nice to age prematurely.
Remember, the higher the SPF, the better. Of course, the application of
sunblock cream or lotion does not only happen once a day. Depending on your
exposure under the sun, you have to retouch as often as you can especially when
you are in the beach.
Remove makeup at night. Before
sleeping, always remove your makeup. This is to let your skin breathe and have
time to repair itself. Use cold cream to remove excess make-up before washing
your face with lukewarm water and mild soap, then rinse it off with cold water
to close the pores. Right before sleeping, apply generous amount of moisturizer
especially under your eyes.
Eating healthy. You are what you
eat. So to have a beautiful skin, eating healthy foods is very important. When
you do this, perhaps you would no longer ask yourself, “why is my skin so bad?” Load yourself with fruits and vegetables as
they have antioxidants that will help your skin glow.
Exercise regularly. When you do the best exercises, you are helping
your skin sweat out the toxins from your body. Not only will it help your skin,
it also helps in circulating oxygen in your bloodstream, which is great for
your body during recuperation. The best exercises will also help you lose some of the extra pounds thus making you
more beautiful as well.
