Feeling sad and lonely is a
natural emotion that all of us have already experienced. When you feel a bit
confused about what you are feeling and you ask the question, “Why do I feel down?”, then maybe its
time that you evaluate your emotions and figure out what is really going on. At
one point, you would feel that nothing is making sense except the loneliness
within you. And then you eventually ask the question, “Why am I so tired with all of the things around me”? Now if you the
sadness you are feeling has been going on for quite a long time now, then it’s
time that you take a deeper look at your situation.
Humans as we are, we feel
different emotions throughout our lifetime. When something good is happening,
we feel extremely happy. But when the events in our life turn out to be
disastrous, we feel the most negative feeling in the world: sadness.
The emotions that we feel,
including the negative ones, generally tells us if we are still connected to
our inner self. Getting a reality check is very much needed in order for you to
get a clearer picture of what is it really that you are feeling. With these
various emotions that you encounter, you are pretty much aware of those things
that make you feel good. Thus, you would know what you exactly need to do in
order to continue feeling that emotion.
Why do I feel down? If you feel such negative emotion, you are
likely out of the path toward happiness. At that point, there is certainly a
need for you to battle such feeling. And because you are definitely in control
of your emotions, you can choose whatever feeling you want to feel at the
moment. The moment you get connected to your inner self, you now have to
ability to empower the emotions you feel.
Why am I depressed? Why do I want change in my life? Why am I
feeling sad? When you feel down and lonely, you may have all other thoughts
that run in your head. But the question is, “How should you fight such
feeling”? In order to battle all the negative emotions we are feeling, it is
pretty important that you recognize such emotion. Eventually, you learn how to
get a good grip on them. Take for instance you lost your job and this event in
your life has added to your feelings of sadness. At this point, you do have the
power to choose if you want to continue feeling that way or you want to move on
with our life.
Once you are able to recognize
your feelings, you would then know how to deal with eventually. If you are
feeling down, try to look at what is happening around you. Is this emotion
associated to those people that surround you? Does is have to do with your
current situation? Such negative feeling can be very intense which is why you
need to understand it first before you can deal with it consequently. Remember
that the more you are connected to your inner self the more you can truly
understand and get a grip on your emotions. To learn more information about this check on Holistics Sydney.
